How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you call or text us, fill in a form on our website, chat with us, book a job, or speak with our plumbers. We may also receive information from service providers who help us run our business, such as our booking and job management systems, and from finance providers if you apply for finance through them.
How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and book your job
- to send our plumbers to your property and complete the work, including the complimentary home plumbing inspection unless you opt out
- to send booking confirmations, reminders, invoices and follow-up messages
- to provide warranty and after-sales support
- to improve our website, services and customer experience
- to send you occasional updates or offers, which you can opt out of at any time
- to meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations

HomePro Credit collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy and credit reporting policy. Finance may be available subject to approval, and fees, terms and conditions apply.
