How we work
Plumbing problems don’t keep business hours, so neither do we. We’re available 24/7 for emergencies and offer same-day service where possible.
When our technician arrives, they’ll diagnose the problem and give you three fixed-price options before any work starts, so you can choose what suits your home and budget. Every booking also includes a complimentary whole-home plumbing inspection, unless you’d rather opt out, so small issues get picked up before they turn into big ones.
For larger jobs, finance may be available through HomePro Credit, subject to approval. And the case studies on our site are written up from our own job records, so you can see the kind of work we actually do. Call The Plumbing Gang on 1300 671 525.
