Is the app free?

Yes. The app is free to use and there’s nothing to sign up for.

Do I need to download it from the App Store or Google Play?

No. It installs straight from our website, so there’s no app store, no account and almost no storage used.

Can I book a job in the app?

Online booking is coming soon. For now, tap Call or Text in the app and our team will book you in.

How do I pay an invoice?

Pay your technician on site when the job is done, or call us on 1300 671 525 and pay over the phone. Never text your card details.

Does it work without internet?

The app needs a connection to load. If you’re offline, it still shows a button to call us.
